No account is needed to play. The game works offline. Sending a support email requires a connection and an email app or service.

Where is my progress saved?

Your progress is saved on your device after successful actions. A local backup can help recover a damaged save. There is no developer-operated cloud sync.

What happens if I delete the app?

Deleting the app removes its local progress. Offloading may keep its data. Apple-managed device backups may contain an earlier copy, depending on your settings. Contact support before deleting the app to troubleshoot a problem.

What are game coins used for?

Game coins unlock supplies and decorations inside the nook. You collect them through orders and daily activities. This version has no paid purchases.
